THE METHOD BEHIND THE MARKET ×
Real connections. Clear sources. 01 / The full quote ecosystem Pump.fun’s pair-info panel uses its quote-mint search and facet count. We read the same public sources, collect pages from both sort directions, and deduplicate exact mint addresses. The loaded count is checked against the reported count. Any mismatch is labeled partial.
BATON on Pump.fun ↗ 02 / What the galleries mean Hot: highest Pump.fun volume in the last hour. New: newest creation timestamps. Gainers / down: positive / negative DEX price changes in the selected period. Missing changes are excluded from mover rankings, not treated as zero.
One token appears once. The DEX pool matching Pump.fun’s pool is preferred; otherwise the most liquid returned pool is used. Prices and percentage changes describe that token in its selected DEX pool, whose quote asset may differ from BATON.
03 / Freshness & coverage The live feed is cached for 90 seconds and refreshed every two minutes while this page is visible. Pump.fun liquidity, market cap, and one-hour volume can have a different measurement time from DEX prices. No price histories are invented. Saved fallback data is explicitly dated.
The public search currently clamps deep offsets, so we collect from both ends. Directory retrieval is bounded to eight 200-row pages. DEX enrichment is bounded to 900 tokens by market cap; coverage and failures are disclosed. These public endpoints may change.
DEX Screener API reference ↗ 04 / The design reference BATON Markets identity with flat market surfaces, clear type and purposeful states. The original product design contract draws on the Geist reference and our own trading and community flows.
Design reference ↗ 05 / Charts & trades Historical candles and the public trade tape come from Pump.fun. Prices can be shown in the actual quote asset, USD, or market cap. Buy/sell markers use trade side and time. Mine matches the connected wallet within the latest trade tape. Missing bars stay missing; dated saved data is labeled.
